1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and xq786 ("xq786", "the Platform", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing, registering with, depositing into or using xq786 in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you are using xq786 on behalf of someone else, or if you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the platform immediately and contact our support team if you have an existing account balance that requires resolution.

These Terms apply to all xq786 products and services — including the website at xq786.app, the xq786 mobile app, all games accessible through the Game Lobby, Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, Slots, Sports Betting and any future products released by xq786.

2 Eligibility

You may only register and use xq786 if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing xq786 from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of xq786 or any of its affiliated partners or game providers.
• You have not previously been banned, suspended or permanently excluded from xq786 under any previous account.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.

xq786 does not verify compliance with local laws on behalf of players. By registering, you represent that your use of the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you. xq786 makes no representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold one xq786 account. Creating duplicate accounts, using another person's identity or providing false registration information are all strict violations of these Terms.

During registration you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, contact number and payment method details. xq786 reserves the right to request documentary verification of this information at any time — including copies of government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your username, password or any authentication codes with any other person. xq786 will treat all activity on your account as authorised by you unless you report a security issue to our support team immediately.

• Passwords must be kept confidential and changed immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• xq786 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone.
• Enable biometric login on the xq786 mobile app for an additional layer of security.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to the support team without delay.

xq786 reserves the right to refuse, suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe has been registered with false information, is being operated by a prohibited person, or is being used in a manner that violates these Terms.

4 Deposits

All deposits to your xq786 account must be made using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else deposits funds on your behalf — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.

xq786 supports the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other approved local payment options. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the account deposit section.

• All deposits are in PKR.
• Deposits are typically credited to your xq786 account balance within minutes of a successful transaction.
• In the event of a delayed or failed deposit, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.
• xq786 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your xq786 account will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If that method is unavailable, an alternative verified method may be used subject to identity confirmation.

Before processing your first withdrawal, xq786 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This involves submitting a government-issued ID and, where applicable, a proof of payment method. This process protects your account and helps prevent fraud.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are stated in the account withdrawal section.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes during operating hours. Bank transfers typically complete within the same business day.
• Withdrawals tied to active bonus wagering requirements cannot be processed until those requirements are fulfilled.
• xq786 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while an account security review is in progress.

xq786 does not deduct fees from withdrawal amounts on our end. However, your receiving payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

xq786 offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated alongside the offer. The general bonus rules outlined here apply to all xq786 promotions unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.

• Bonuses are valid for one-time use per player, household and device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements expire when the stated time limit passes.
• xq786 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any player found to be manipulating bonuses or abusing promotional mechanics — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play or systematic exploitation — will have their bonus funds voided and their account suspended or permanently closed.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available in the xq786 Game Lobby — including Live Casino, Fish Games, Bingo, Slots and any other category — are governed by their individual game rules as provided by the relevant game provider. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing bets.

xq786 acts as a platform facilitator for third-party game content. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of Live Casino, by real-time dealer action. xq786 does not modify game outcomes in any way.

• In the event of a game error, disconnection or technical fault during play, xq786 will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly. Bets placed during a confirmed technical fault may be voided at xq786's discretion.
• Players must not use any software, tool, script or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Chip dumping, collusion between players, or any form of match fixing in multiplayer games is strictly prohibited.

8 Sports Betting

xq786 offers sports betting markets covering cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODI series, Football and Esports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on xq786.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet slip is confirmed and a reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed or declared void are returned to the player's account balance unless specific rules for that event type state otherwise.
• xq786 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error — a refund of the stake will be issued in such cases.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. In-play odds change rapidly and bets are accepted subject to network latency — xq786 cannot guarantee exact odds at the moment of submission for live markets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xq786 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on xq786 under any name, email address or identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods for deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, chip dumping or any activity intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting bugs or errors in games or the platform for financial gain.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or xq786 support staff.

xq786 monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates with relevant authorities where legally required. Any balance associated with accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be permanently withheld.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

xq786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in our account management policy.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion or cooling-off request.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of Terms, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus-related wagering obligations.

If your account is closed as a result of a Terms violation, xq786 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Players may appeal account closures by contacting support at [email protected].

11 Privacy and Data

xq786 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using xq786, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with that policy.

xq786 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required to process your transactions, verify your identity or comply with legal obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

xq786 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure consistent platform availability and accurate game operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical interruptions beyond our control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Game errors or disruptions caused by third-party game provider systems.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to protect their credentials.
• Actions of third parties including internet service providers, mobile networks or software on the player's device.

xq786's liability to any player is limited to the amount of verified deposits made by that player into their active account. xq786 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind.

14 Changes to These Terms

xq786 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at xq786.app/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.

If the changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — xq786 will notify active players via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of xq786 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
